As I’ve continued to advance my understanding of online extremist communities over the past 2 and a half years, I’ve run across a wide range of accelerationist variants. There’s the effective accelerationists, e/acc, a relatively harmless community which hopes to fast track the evolution of human civilization through advancements in tech. There’s the cult-like community of Hegelian accelerationists who want to transform American society into a DAO technocracy built around Marxism. Then there’s the darker side of accelerationism, highly decentralized and leaderless groups that believe violence, chaos, and even apocalyptic conditions are needed to reboot the system. Militant accelerationism, m/acc, is a rapidly growing movement that believes in the use of extreme and sometimes violent tactics to exploit societal unrest and hasten societal collapse. According to an article by GNET, “Adherents of militant accelerationism intentionally join, infiltrate, or otherwise influence pre-radicalised extremist spaces so as to intensify the mobilisation of such ecosystems towards violence.”

Though militant accelerationism comes in a variety of extremist flavors, a large percentage are centered around the concept of creating a white ethnostate and have adopted the acronym “TND”, short for “Total *N-Word* Death”. Browsing through these Telegram channels will expose the user to a disturbing montage of violent, racist propaganda, gore, and calls for racial genocide. But one variety of m/acc takes the concept of violent genocide to a level that is even more extreme, advocating for THD - Total Human Death. Enter the satanic accelerationists, s/acc. While militant accelerationists have the ultimate goal of inciting political change, satanic accelerationists believe that the only path forward for human civilization is a mass genocide of apocalyptic proportions, after which the only surviving humans will represent a superior race of beings.

S/acc adherents employ a type of entryism in which they infiltrate other extremist communities in an effort to spread their satanic influence and provoke “sinister acts”. They believe that by increasing the amount of evil in the world they can speed up the fall of the West and usher in a new aeon of darkness and chaos. Some extremist communities that have seen an influx of satanic accelerationist influence include neo-Nazi movements, groups that support ISIS and Islamic terrorism, 2A and militia spaces, communities that glorify school shootings, and COM - the sprawling network of criminal cybercommunities that includes the 764 child exploitation network.

Satanic accelerationism has ripped through the vast network of accelerationist communities at an alarming rate. One would be hard-pressed to find a single accelerationist Telegram channel that is free of Satanic influence today. The entire accelerationist terror landscape is now engulfed in a blaze of hellfire, and it was an obscure, UK-based Satanic cult called the Order of Nine Angles that lit the match.
