Earlier this month in Hamburg, Germany, a 20-year-old man known online as "White Tiger," was arrested in what authorities have described as the worst cybergrooming case in the country’s history. The man, who is an Iranian-German dual citizen, was a prolific member of the online extortion and child exploitation network known as 764. He stands accused of orchestrating a multi-year campaign of extortion, sexual exploitation, and manipulation that culminated in at least one verifiable suicide – that of a 13-year-old American boy – which was livestreamed at White Tiger’s demand.
